In September I go to my cousin's wedding takes place in the Kruger Park on the outskirts of Johannesburg. I have a few questions --
1. Who knows what vaccinations do I need?
2. What outlets like? Where can I get a good UK-SA Travel Adapter at a reasonable price?
All sensible answers would be very grateful. Thank you!

Plugs have three pins, but not in round needles are square plugs. The voltage is the same as in the United Kingdom. You should be able to simply an adapter in the United Kingdom, or at the airport.
As far as I know, you do not have any kind of vaccine against hepatitis B, but it is always good for the case. Some people have yellow fever, yellow fever, but no areas of SA seems unnecessary. You need to check the malaria prophylaxis, as Kruger is a malaria area.
