What does your handicap have to be to get a division 1 golf scholarship? - maryland golf community

I can not go to another school next to the University of Maryland. Maybe I'm wrong, in the spirit, but the only way it can afford is to get a golf scholarship. I am in the second year in high school and a 9-handicap. I think playing in tournaments all summer, and my two next summer before the university. When I have on these tournaments and how deep drawn, is to be my handicap?
